Refund policy

We stand behind our products. Our beaded jump ropes are built to last and tested before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

What We Accept

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Factory defect discovered upon receipt (broken beads, faulty handles, defective cord, etc.)

  • Order error — you received the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color

  • Damaged in shipping — the rope arrived damaged or unusable

What We Don't Accept

  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference

  • Items that have been used, worn, or jumped with

  • Ropes returned without original packaging or in altered condition

How to Request a Return

  1. Report within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide photos showing the defect or damage

  3. Keep the item in its original condition (unused, unworn, in original packaging)

  4. Contact us at jumpfit.eg@outlook.com with photos and your order number

Once approved, we'll provide a return label and send you a replacement immediately.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color at no extra cost, as long as the original rope is unused and in original packaging.
