Delivery Timeline

All orders are shipped and delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Business days: Monday through Friday (excludes weekends and public holidays in Egypt)

Shipping Method

We use reliable courier services to ensure your jump rope arrives safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within Egypt. Shipping to international locations may be available upon request—contact us for details at jumpfit.eg@outlook.com

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable:

  • The courier will leave a notification

  • You can reschedule delivery through the courier's contact details

  • If the package is not claimed after the third attempt, the order may be automatically cancelled, and you'll receive a refund

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A tracking number via email

  • A direct link to track your package in real-time

  • Estimated delivery date

Delays & Issues

In rare cases, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

We'll notify you immediately if there are any delays beyond the 2–5 business day window.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Report within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  2. Provide photos (if damaged) or tracking information

  4. We will replace or refund your order immediately
