How to size your rope

  • Step 1: Stand on the middle of the rope with both feet.​
  • Step 2: Pull the handles straight up along your body. For beginners, the handle tips should reach roughly between armpit and shoulder height.​
  • Step 3: Mark that point, then shorten by removing a few beads and trimming the excess cord if needed.
